Patna: CBI court has sentenced RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav to 5 years in the fodder scam case. Apart from this, the court has also imposed a fine of Rs 60 lakh on Lalu Prasad Yadav. After the announcement of the sentence of Lalu Yadav, 3 magistrates have been deployed under the supervision of RJD chief in RIMS present Ranchi.

Actually, Lalu Prasad Yadav was declared a criminal by the special CBI court on February 15, but before the announcement of the sentence, a picture of him went viral. In this picture, Lalu was seen with former state president of the party Abhay Singh, Ranjan Yadav, Irfan Ansari. Abhay Singh was seen talking on the phone due to his meeting with Lalu Yadav. After this picture went viral, the opposition created a lot of ruckus. The opposition had alleged that Lalu Prasad Yadav was violating the jail manual at RIMS Hospital and holding the court again.

After the uproar of the opposition, three magistrates have been deployed at the main gate of the paying ward of RIMS to monitor Lalu. All the three magistrates will work in three different shifts. Now any person has to show approval to meet Lalu Yadav. No person will be allowed to meet Lalu Yadav without his approval. To meet, the approval of the superintendent of Birsa Munda Central Jail Hotwar will have to be taken.
