Material Required

6-7 bread slices, 1/4 cup kabuli chana (boiled), 1/2 cup potato (boiled), 2 onions, 1 tomato, 1/4 cup curd, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tbsp sev, 2 tbsp tamarind chutney, salt to taste, oil as required.

Method 

1. To make bread bowl chaat, first cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.

2. Now cut off the brown part from all sides of the bread. And now roll the bread with a rolling pin like roti and make it thin.
 
3- Now grease the baking tray with a little oil, and now set the bread slices in this tray one by one like a bowl.

4. Now preheat the microwave to 90 degrees. Now put this cookie tray in the microwave and bake it for 15 minutes.

5—Now add the onion, tomato, chaat masala, potato, chickpeas, red chilli, and green coriander to a bowl and mix well.

After six to fifteen minutes, take out the bread from the microwave and let it cool.

7—Now put the pre-prepared mixture in the bowls made of these breads.

8: Your bowl of chaat is ready; now serve it by adding green coriander, tamarind chutney, and sev.
