But now the disabled students who write the exam themselves will also be able to get the benefit of extra time. Both papers are of three hours duration. The specially-abled person will be given an additional time of one hour in each paper. According to the NTA, the central government had changed the facilities given to the differently-abled under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. Under this, supplementary time is being given to the disabled from JEE Main 2020. Under this, additional time will be given to those who keep or do not keep assistants.
