Education is the key to all successes, we have heard this quote many times and also experience its importance. The National Thermal Power Corporation has made a great effort to take into account the importance of education. NTPC distributed notebooks to students of various schools and colleges at a function held at NTPC on Monday under its corporate social responsibility. 62,600 notebooks were distributed to 12,500 students in 118 government schools of Ramagundam, Palakurthi, Antargaon and Kamanpur mandals in Pedapalli district.

For your information, we will briefly share notebooks to 50 students of ZPHS, TTS-Jyotinagar and distribute the remaining books in a phased manner as per The Covid-19 guidelines. Ntpc Executive Director, Raj Kumar along with General Manager (O&M), Abhay Kumar Samayar, AGM (HR (in charge) head Rafikul Islam and Mandal Education Officer Daniel distributed notebooks to the students.

Speaking about this great initiative, Rajkumar said notebooks are the best companion for students. Make use of it properly and make a bright profession, he advises students. NTPC is proud to be a part of the educational journey of students through providing notebooks, study materials, bicycles, scholarships and infrastructure in schools, he said. The programme was attended by Deepti Mahila Samiti President, Sadhana Raj Kumar, Vice President Manisha Samayar and senior officers of the Samiti, NTPC-Ramagundam officers, principals/teachers and students.
