Corona is wreaking havoc all around the world. According to the country's public health agency Sante Publique, the number of corona cases in France has crosses 2.9 million. The health specialists have confirmed 16,642 new cases in the last 24 hours, bringing France's total number to 2,910,989. Meanwhile, the death toll has increased by 141 to 70,283.

In order to fight corona, France launched its vaccination campaign. Per the French Health Ministry, more than 422,000 people have been vaccinated by Sunday.

Talking about global corona caees, there are 95,003,533 confirmed coronavirus cases in the world. The global death toll from COVID-19 stands at 2,029,938. The number of recovered individuals stands at 52,269,644. The United States, India and Brazil remain the top three countries in terms of the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases. India recorded 13,788 new cases of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19), according to the Union health ministry update on Monday. With this, the nationwide tally reached 10,571,773.
