The Indian team will play the Davis Cup match against Pakistan in Noor Sultan. In the same way, the international tennis federation has handed over the hosting of this match to the capital of Kazakhstan and the suspense regarding the venue has been ended. On November 4, the independent tribunal of the ITF confirmed the decision taken by the Davis Cup committee that the match should be played at a neutral venue. The same Pakistan Tennis Federation appealed against the decision. He had said that if Indian pilgrims can go to Pakistan without any security threat then why the Indian team will not be able to play the match in Islamabad.

According to Milli Janalkari,  AITA CEO Akhuri Vishwadeep said, 'ITF has told us that the competition will be done in Noor Sultan. We do not know if the PTF appeal has been dismissed. Initially, it was to be held in September, but expressing concern over the safety of the players, India had demanded that it be held in a neutral place.
