Jakarta: In a shocking incident of callous rulebreaking, an Indonesian nurse has been suspended after attempting to become intimate with a coronavirus patient without his PPE suit. Now, the nurse has been put in an isolation ward.

This shocking incident of irresponsible behaviour has come to light from Indonesia’s Jakarta. In this incident,  where a gay nurse stripped off his Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and had sex with a coronavirus-infected man in the toilet of a hospital. The incident came in light after the patient, who was Covid-19 positive at the time, posted details about the same on social media.

According to the UK’s Sun, the incident took place at the Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital – a COVID-19-dedicated facility in Jakarta. The COVID-19 patient in question posted on Twitter a screengrab of the WhatsApp chat between him and the Nurse. He also shared a photo of the male nurse’s PPE suit lying on the floor of the toilet.  Meanwhile, the patient is in the isolation ward of the hospital since his COVID-19 status is still positive.
