Nusrat Jahan, a Bengali actress and TMC MP, has been discharged from the hospital and has returned home. Nusrat was discharged from the Bhagirathi Neotia Hospital on Monday afternoon, according to sources. Yash Dasgupta, her rumoured boyfriend, was spotted with her, holding the infant in his arms.
On August 25, Nusrat Jahan was admitted to the Neotia Hospital in Kolkata. On August 26, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy. According to a report the actress has been discharged from the hospital. As he got inside his car, Yash Dasgupta was allegedly observed carrying the infant in his arms. The report also revealed that the newborn baby and mother were discharged only after they completed multiple tests. It also stated that Nusrat did not allow her newborn to be kept in the nursery but kept him by her side.

On August 25, Nusrat Jahan was taken to the hospital by a Bengali actor and her rumoured boyfriend Yash Dasgupta. On August 26, he confirmed that Nusrat and her baby are doing well. "For those who have been enquiring about Nusrat's health, the mother and child are healthy and doing well," he said.
