In addition, Shweta emphasizes the need for better sleeping patterns. "8 to 9 hours of sleep is a must for the better functioning of mind and body. It helps in boosting the immune system", she added. 

Above all, the most important thing Shweta suggests is managing stress levels. Those prone to consistent stress may get issues like blood pressure which can hamper overall health.
