Whether it is at home or abroad, these days, there is an increase disaddiction among individuals to make excuses or procrastinate. If you don't manage time properly and are not serious about your work, making excuses will get involved in your routine and you won't even know. If you are also looking for excuses not to do everything, you will not be able to go too far in your career. The biggest reason for the same procrastination may be that you do not reach a decision. If you have 10 different tasks and you are not able to understand their priority, you would prefer to avoid those tasks. People suffering from anxiety or depression also start avoiding work. Above all, they do not even realize this error for a long time.

* Try to find out the exact reason for the cause of your habit. If you lack any skills or information, learn it before you start working.
* Start work with creating a list of targets.
* Learn from them to correct your errors.
* Divide your work into several parts and then make a list of priorities. If the goals are small, it will be easier to achieve them.
* If you get bored while working, take a break and do what you like. This will enable you to work with more energy.
* Do not hesitate if you feel the need to seek the help of a junior or senior colleague to complete a task.
