Yemen: Brig. Gen. Tariq Saleh, a member of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, was visited by Saudi military personnel from the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, according to a report from the Saudi Press Agency on Saturday.

Lt. Gen. Mutlaq Al-Azima, the Commander of the Joint Forces and Deputy Chief of the General Staff, gave the order for the visit, which took place at the National Resistance Forces' west coast headquarters.

Major General Sultan Al-Baqami, commander of the Saudi force stationed in Aden, Colonel Theeb Al-Shahrani, and other senior Saudi military officials were among the delegation's members.

The meeting reviewed the necessary processes and precautions and discussed recent developments in military operations. Saleh praised the Kingdom's contribution.

While this was going on, several Saudi military officers, including Lt. Gen. Mohsen Al-Daari, Al-Baqami, and Al-Shahrani, visited the Thurah front in the Abyan governorate to assess the readiness of the troops.

Al-Azima also received Sheikh Abdulatif Al-Qabali, a prominent member of the Murad tribe of Yemen, as part of the visit.

The commander expressed his condolences to Al-Qabali regarding the martyrdom of one of his sons in Aden during their meeting. He reaffirmed Saudi Arabia's ongoing support for the Yemeni people and government, underscoring the close ties between the two countries.
