According to the sources, Ola has hired Saikiran Krishnamurthy who is also known as Saiki, as in the position of senior vice president, the selection of Saikiran Krishnamurthy will help to create a new market platform and also helps in growth. He is the second high-profile ex-employee of Flipkart to be hired by ola in past two months. In August, Ola roped in Harish Abhichandani as CFO. Abhichandani was earlier the CFO of Flipkart's logistics unit Ekart. An Ola spokesperson confirmed the development. 
Krishnamurthy was initially COO of Flipkart's platform, later he was made the head of supply in the company, including Ekart and Jeeves, which comes after Flipkart's sales company. Krishnamurthy has left the job along with others, in the earlier month. After lifting job from Flipkart, he headed back to consultancy firm McKinsey & Co as a part-time advisor.
Krishnamurthy also served as a director at McKinsey and Co. Krishnamurthy will now report directly to Bhavish Aggarwal, Krishnamurthy served as a director at McKinsey & Co.Krishnamurthy will report directly to Bhavish Aggarwal, co-founder of Ola and will be a part of the senior leadership team. He will also play a major role in shaping Ola's strategy as it competes with rival Uber.
