Omelette noodles are very unique and very different types of noodles recipes. No noodle packet will be used to make it, but in this recipe, the noodles will be made of eggs. That's because it is an omelettes noodles recipe. Now today we are going to tell you how to make it.

The necessary material-

Boneless chicken = 150 grams (cut the chicken into very small pieces and keep it in a lot of pieces)
Lemon juice = 1/2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste = 1/2 tbsp
Tikka masala = 1 tbsp
Oil = 2 tbsp

How to make noodles-
Eggs = 4
Salt = by taste
Red chilli powder = 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
Oil = 2 tsp

Method– First of all, marinate the chicken. In a bowl, add chicken, tikka masala, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice and mix well with a spoon and let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. Now make omelette noodles after that. For which you have to make an omelette of the eggs first. In a bowl, boil the four eggs and put them and now add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder and add all of them and fry the eggs very well and prepare the mixture of omelette. Now place a non-stick frying pan on the gas to heat up. When the frying pan is hot, add one tsp of oil or 2 tsp oil to it and spread it with tissue paper. Now to make an omelette, take the mixture of the egg and put half the mixture from it and spread it by holding the handle of the frying pan. So that the mixture is spread equally on the entire griddle and the omelette is ready to be the same from all sides. After that, slow down the heat. When the omelette is cooked from the bottom side, then turn it over comfortably and let it cook from this side as well.

Remove the omelette from both sides to a plate after it is cooked. To make the second omelette, add the remaining one tsp of oil and spread it again and add the remaining half of the mixture and make another omelette in the same way. Now fold an omelette and make a roll of it and now cut the roll into a thin strip. In the same way, roll and cut the other omelette and now mix them with your hand. So that their skins are opened, in this way your omelette noodles are ready. After about 15 to 20 minutes, cook the marinated chicken and put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and keep it warm up. Now when the oil is hot, add marinated chicken to it and fry it on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep in mind that while frying the chicken, it will leave its juice, the chicken has to cook in its juice. After that, cover the chicken and cook on medium to low flame till then. Until the chicken melts.

Because the chicken is boneless and the chicken is in very small pieces. Due to this the chicken will be cooked for 8 to 10 minutes and take the chicken once in the middle. Turn off the gas when the chicken is tender. If you see water in the chicken, then before turning off the gas, fasten the heat and cook the chicken water. Then take the chicken out in a bowl and keep it. To plate the omelette noodles, first put the noodles made of the omelette on the plate. Then put the tomato sauce on top of it and then the cooked chicken on top of this tomato sauce.
