To make this milk, take 2 spoons of water and boil it by adding 2 basil leaves, when that water remains half, add 200 ml milk to it. After that add 1 small piece of cinnamon, freshly chopped raw turmeric, 1 cardamom, 1 clove and 1 black pepper. Now after mixing it all boil it on low flame for 7-8 minutes and then after it cools down, drink it.
Kadha- Homemade decoction was considered the best drink to increase immunity from the first wave of corona. Actually, the Ministry of Ayush had also told the method of making decoction at home. To make a decoction at home, take 1 litre of water and boil it by adding common kitchen ingredients like cinnamon, cloves, basil, carom seeds, black pepper and turmeric.
