New Delhi: Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has made a big statement on the new corona variant Omicron. Talking to the Rajya Sabha on the run of the monsoon session of Parliament, the Health Minister said that at present there is not a single case of new variant of corona in the country. He said the new virus has been detected in 14 countries of the world but not a single patient has been found in India so far. The Health Minister said that guidelines have been issued on omicron. He said that even if a case comes to light on the basis of suspicion, it is being tested immediately and the genome of the patient is being sequenced.

The new variant of the same corona is spreading at omicron speed. This infection is said to be very dangerous. The new variant of the infection has reached about 14 countries. Even after all efforts to prevent this virus, the virus is continuously spreading. Several countries have issued alerts in view of the call.
