Semolina Tricolour Halwa Recipe - To make semolina tricolour halwa, first boil the milk and set aside. Now heat ghee in a pan and add semolina and fry for a while while running slowly. In the meantime, when the semolina turns light brown, add milk and sugar to the semolina and cook for a while. Now, after cooking for a while, add cardamom and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add orange squash, vanilla essence and poppy syrup in separate pans to make it tricolour and cook well. Lastly, remove it from a plate and make a tricolour.
