Mutton Korma is a dish that is eaten with a great taste, both rice and chapatti. Special occasions, such as the day of Eid, remain incomplete without it. We're sharing with you, a simple way to make a few mutton korma. Although it will take some time and effort to make it, the taste buds will give you all the fatigue after the ripening.
materials:
250 g mutton (with bones)
150 grams thick chopped onions
12-15 cardamom
15 cloves
50 grams Pure Ghee
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp garlic-ginger paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp mutton masala
About 35 grams yogurt
Oil as per requirement
Salt to taste
First heat the oil in the embroidery, and add ghee. Now add the cloves, cardamom and chopped onions and cook the onions until it is in a pale golden colour. Put mutton in it after 5 minutes. Cook the mutton in onions and oil on a slow heat for about 10 minutes so that the mutton is well cooked. Now add garlic-ginger paste and curd and cook it for a short while. Now put the spices in it. Add water with salt and style as per taste and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the gas. You are ready to have a few mutton matoma. Eat it with peppermint and also feed your guests.
