New Delhi: According to the Bloomberg Billeniers Index, Adani Group chief Gautam Adani has once again become Asia's, second-richest man. He has surpassed Chinese businessman Zhong Shanshan in terms of property. Mukesh Ambani is the owner of Reliance Industries at the top of the list. Adani is now ranked 14th in the list of the world's richest people.

Gautam Adani now owns assets worth $71.3 billion. Gautam Adani's assets have increased due to a surge in shares of Adani Group companies. Shares of Adani Power, Adani Gas, and Adani Transmission have risen sharply in the last 10 days. Adani Transmission also had an upper circuit of 5 percent in the stock. Tell you that Mukesh Ambani and Zhong Shanshan have a net worth of $87.8 billion and $66.6 billion respectively.

Shares of Adani Group companies are gaining momentum again. Recently, some media reports said that Demat accounts of three Foreign Portfolio Investors Funds (FPI) have been blocked by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). This had led to a decline in their net worth. But the Adani Group had categorically stated that the news was nonsense and rumors had been spread in the market.
