Inflation has caused problems for the general public. The prices of subsidized domestic gas cylinders have been increased once again in Delhi. The price of domestic LPG cylinders has increased by Rs 25 from today on March 1. Now the price of 14.2 kg cylinders has gone up to Rs 794-819. Congress MP and former President Rahul Gandhi have targeted the Modi government over the rising gas prices. Rahul Gandhi tweeted and wrote that the prices of LPG cylinders again increased. Now Modi government has three options for the public, "Wrap up businesses, throw away cooking stoves and eat up false promises"

Earlier, on 25 February, the prices of LPG cylinders have increased by up to Rs 25. In Kolkata, the price of both subsidized and commercial gas cylinders has increased. After the increase in the price of subsidized gas cylinders by Rs 25, the new price has now increased to Rs 845.50 while the price of commercial gas cylinders has increased by Rs 19.

It has been learned that LPG cylinders have been costlier by Rs 225 since December 1 in Delhi. On December 1, the price of LPG has been increased from Rs 594 to Rs 644. After which, on January 1, it had increased from Rs 644 to Rs 694. Then from February 4, it has been increased from Rs 694 to Rs 719 and after that, it has been increased from Rs 719 to Rs 769 from 15 February.

After which again on 25 February, the price of LPG gas increased by Rs 25 and the price of the gas cylinder has been increased to 794. Now March 1 means that today the price of gas cylinders has increased by 25 rupees. Now the price of gas cylinders has increased to Rs 819 at present. With the increased price, the price of gas cylinders in Chennai has gone up to Rs 835. Talking about the 19 kg gas cylinder, its price in Delhi is now Rs 1,614. Earlier it was priced at Rs 1,523.50. The price of this gas cylinder has now gone up to Rs 1,563.50 in Mumbai, Rs 1,730.50 in Chennai, and Rs 1,681.50 in Kolkata.
