New Delhi: Repair work was going on railway track in the Yamuna Khadar area of East Delhi. Meanwhile, a big accident suddenly took place in which eight laborers have been badly injured. At the same time, there has been news of the death of a laborer. The name of the worker who lost his life in this accident is being described as Shahzad, who is a resident of Alwar. It is being said that all the remaining injured laborers have been admitted to Jag Pravesh Hospital and GTB Hospital.

The police is investigating the case. According to the information received, this incident happened in Yamuna Khadar, Delhi, around 12 pm on Wednesday night. This happened during the time workers were repairing the railway track by standing on the pipe. Meanwhile, there was a sudden change in the condition of the pipe and all the workers fell below the height. One laborer killed and eight others were injured due to falling from top to bottom. All the 8 injured workers were then taken to a nearby hospital.

According to the information received in this case, a case has been registered against the contractor in Shakarpur police station under the relevant sections. In this case, the police say that an FIR has been registered against the contractor under Section 287 (such negligence with machinery which endangers human life), sections 337 and 304A of the Indian Penal Code.
