New Delhi: Farmers' organisations' agitation against central agricultural laws is going on on the Delhi border. Meanwhile, a farmer's organization worker today made a happy move. Ratan Singh is the name of the farmer who committed suicide. He was 75 years old. The 11th round of talks between the central government and farmers' organisations was held on the issue of agricultural law in the recent past. But that dialogue was as inconclusive as the former.

Thousands of farmers are agitating against agricultural laws on the Singhu border. In the meantime, Ratan Singh of Amritsar was here on Saturday. He was an activist of the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti of Punjab. When his death was reported, Kotli Dhole Shah, his village in Amritsar, ran a wave of grief. Ratan Singh was present in the farmers' protest for several days.

Farmers' agitation against agricultural laws has been going on for more than 50 days. So far, many farmers have lost their lives in this agitation. On the meeting of the farmers and the government-held yesterday, Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar said that the talks remained inconclusive, which we are sorry for. Farmers' organisations want the three agricultural laws to be repealed. But the government is proposing an amendment. We also talked about holding the law for 2 years, but that was also rejected.
