BANGALORE:  Banaras, a new pan-Indian film from the Kannada film industry, is scheduled to open nationwide in theatres on Friday. The movie "Banaras" has received praise for its trailers, and critics predict that it will captivate viewers.

The USP of the film, according to director Jayatheertha, is that "South Indian audiences feel and experience Banaras." Additionally, I am positive that you and your family will visit Banaras City after seeing a movie there. "Banaras is your pride when it comes to a North Indian audience, I would say. We have depicted it in a divine and lyrical fashion that no one has before, and we implore them to please experience it, according to Jayatheertha.

"There is exhilaration that I have produced a movie for all of India. The worry is that after appearing in numerous movies, Yash had become a pan-Indian celebrity. In addition to being a director, actor, and technician, Rishab Shetty has now found success with Kantara. But the film's protagonist, Zaid Khan, is a fresh face in the business," he remarked.

Character-driven films like Puspa, KGF 1 and 2, and Kantara have so far had huge success across all of India. This is the first time that Banaras has been used to portray a content-driven theme, he said.

Jayatheertha continued by saying that a director from Kerala or Tamil Nadu portrays Bengaluru more brilliantly than a native director. In the Kashi ghats, there is a unique occupation known as death photography. Before the bodies are burned, death photographers snap pictures of the corpses and sell them to the family for between Rs. 50 and Rs. 100. They never take pictures of living people.
