Patna: There has been an account between the security forces and the Naxalites along the Bihar-Jharkhand border. The security forces are said to have been a major success in the Encounter. The STF also recovered several weapons from the encounter site. A number of insas rifles, as well as 125 live cartridges have been recovered. Several naxalites are also reported to have been shot during the counter-insurgency operation. However, he managed to abscond. The naxalites are now being searched and search operation is on.
