In the Khatima-Panipat Highway in the district, a 'kanwaria' was killed and three injured when their vehicle turned turtle, as per said by police.
The incident happened when the kanwarias were returning to Panipat in a tempo after collecting Ganga water from Haridwar.
The deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Ravi, a resident of Panipat. The injured were recuperating at a district hospital, police as per the sources news said.
