Under this service, OnePlus technicians will fix the problem coming in any smartphone at home. According to the Android Authority report, the company has currently started this service as a pilot project for 6 months. It has currently been started for Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune cities. It will be started as a pilot project for Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities only. Later it can also be started for Tier-3 cities.

To take advantage of OnePlus doorstep service, users have to download the OnePlus Care App from Google Play Store. After downloading and installing the app, users can enter the time of visit of OnePlus engineer according to their own Huh. In the app, users have to enter their home address, device model number, IMEI number, and other problems. After which the engineer will come to the address of the users and repair the device.

According to the claims of OnePlus regarding this feature, the company is the first global brand to provide this service to the users. However, Xiaomi and Realme are not providing doorstep repair to the users in India, but the device is providing pick-up and drop-off facilities. Google is also providing pick-up and drop-up services in India. OPPO is giving benefits like phone service to its users within 1 hour. However, for this, users have to go to OPPO's service center.
