Ingredients for making onion pakoras-
2 cups gram flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 green chili
1 cup coriander leaves
1 cup of water
1/2 cup oil
6 pieces of onion (slices)
2 green chilies

Method of making onion pakodas- First of all, take gram flour in a bowl, add rice flour, salt, celery, ginger, red chilli powder, baking soda and green chilli and mix it. Now add green coriander to it after this and mix it. Now add some water and prepare a thick solution. After this, add oil to a pan and heat it and wrap the onion pieces in a gram flour solution and wrap it well. Now deep fry these onion pieces in oil. After this, fry them until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Now serve these hot pakodas with green chutney or ketchup.
