New Delhi: During the crisis of Corona pandemic, the biggest financial hit has been on people. Many big companies are struggling with economic conditions and in such a situation people are losing jobs on a large scale. However, there is an increase in online shopping, due to which the world's largest online company Amazon is going to hire 1 lakh people.

Amazon said that with the increase in online orders, the company is going to hire 100,000 people. Amazon said the people will be hired for a part-time and full-time job. These new workers will assist in packing, shipping and sorting orders. The company has given jobs to 1 lakh 75 thousand people at the beginning of this year. Amazon said these jobs are in addition to their holiday hiring.

Amazon has said that they need staff for sorting and other facilities in 100 new warehouses. Alicia Bowler Davis, who looks after Amazon's warehouse, has reported that the company is offering 1000 sign-on bonuses in some cities. Especially in cities such as Detroit, New York, Philadelphia, Louisville, Kentucky, Amazon's starting salary is hourly (over Rs 1,100).
