Only '23 MPs', showed up in house in 'Demonetisation Session'

Rajya Sabha Mps didn't come to the office in the afternoon session on Friday. Only 23 Mps from opposition attended it while all were present at the parliamentary premises. Due to which Chairman of P J Kurien shifted the meeting of house till 14th December as four day holidays are ahead.

The minimum requirement of starting any meeting in Upper House is 25. Among 23, 18 were from ruling side, 5 from opposition party while Congress Leader from Opposition Party Ghulam Nabi Azad and leader Anand Sharma were also present.

The debate over the demonetization couldn't take place on Friday afternoon. While most of the leaders were seen standing out the house but they didn't came in.
