The Haryana government of India will remove 1983 PTI from the job in three days. Director Elemental Education Pradeep Kumar on Thursday issued orders to relieve PTI, citing the decision of the Supreme Court. PTI and teachers promoted to become DPE, etc., will have to be removed from the job and district fundamental education officers will have to send a report to the directorate by 31 May.
The Director has cited the decision of the court in the orders. This recruitment took place during the Hooda government which was repealed by the Supreme Court a few months ago Haryana Staff Selection Commission has started the recruitment process for these posts. Against the orders of the Director, the Haryana School Teachers Association will celebrate Black Day on May 29, 2020, at 11 o'clock at the District Elementary Education Officer offices in the state. There will be a demand from the government that the order to release the 1983 PTI be withdrawn.
In his statement, the state head of the union CN Bharti, Rajendra Prasad Batu treasurer, state general secretary Jagroshan and state secretary Satbir Goyal said that the government should have tried to save the service of teachers working for 10 years while exercising their statutory powers. They can appeal against the decision of 8 April 2020 in the full bench of the Supreme Court. The government did not hear any appeal and plea. The Supreme Court has said in its decision that the decision should be implemented in 5 months after the lockdown ends.
