Nowadays, most people order goods online from home. Some people are asking for food, some people are ordering household goods and some people buy even wine, but if you also have a habit of shopping online, then be careful, because a businessman who wants to buy wine from home lost one lakh 90 thousand rupees.

The entire case is related to Sarai Nazar Ali of Ghaziabad, where Karthik Goyal, a resident, searched Google about the wine shop and called a number found in the result. After this, online delivery of wine bottle priced at Rs 2,900 has been ordered. After this, the thugs took the details of their debit card and defrauded one lakh 90 thousand rupees. Investigation revealed that there is no shop other than the wine shop he called. The case is being investigated by cyber cell.

Karthik called the number found in the search result after which he paid Rs 2,900 through UPI. They were then asked for 40 rupees in the name of home delivery and asked to do this with a payment card. The thugs asked for card details from Karthik and he also gave it. After this, 9,100 rupees were deducted from the account. When Karthik called again, the man said that he was accidentally disconnected, your debit card is not able to take payment, tell me another card. After this, Karthik gave the details of his brother's card. After this, one lakh 90 thousand rupees were withdrawn from the account in five times.

If you also search on customer care or a company number on Google and call on it, then check it properly. Go to the official website of that company and check the number, otherwise you can be cheated too, because the fake phone numbers of all the big companies have been put on Google by thugs and it is important to note that these numbers in the search results Come already. In such a situation, you need to be careful and do not forget to give information related to your bank account.
