Nellore: According to the recent news, Corona hit Nellore Central Jail in Andhra Pradesh. Yes, the officials here say that, 'So far 72 prisoners have been infected with Corona in the jail. The prison department and the district administration have become alert due to the corona being infected with so many prisoners.

With this, the officials say, 'The entire jail has been cleaned with chemical substances. Simultaneously, the infected prisoners have been kept in a special isolation ward. Treatment of infected prisoners is going on in this ward. Apart from this, let us also tell you that there are 425 prisoners in Nellore Jail at this time. By the way, if you know, earlier in the Visakhapatnam Central Jail, the report of 10 employees and 27 life imprisonment prisoners was Corona positive.

Actually, the authorities have sent the Corona infected prisoners to the quarantine centers on the advice of the doctors. Simultaneously, the prisoners under consideration were also tested corona. You may be aware that 8,555 new cases of corona infection have been filed in Andhra Pradesh, while samples of 52,834 people have been tested. Apart from this, 1,474 covid patients have died in the state so far.
