New Delhi: Navneet Kalra, who has been accused of black marketing of an oxygen concentrater, has been granted bail by a Delhi court. Navneet Kalra's lawyer told the court during the hearing that we are being accused of black marketing. We reportedly sold these concentraters for more money, while the concentraters we sold to people for Rs 60,000 are being sold at Amazon and India Mart for up to 89,000 and 95,000.

Kalra's lawyer told the court that online platforms are still selling oxygen concentraters at higher rates than us. Kalra's lawyer Vikas Pahwa said that 'I or matrix company was not the only one who imported oxygen concentraters from China and gave it to the people. A lot more people also ordered oxygen concentraters from China, and ordered the same company'. Dismissing allegations of black marketing and hoarding on behalf of accused Navneet Kalra, the court has told that he sold oxygen concentraters at a lower price than others and based on buying concentraters and equality with other accused to help friends.

While Delhi Police said that Navneet Kalra had no licence to sell oxygen concentraters. Navneet Kalra used to operate the hotel. How could he sell oxygen concentraters in such a situation? At the hotel run, he also hoarding the oxygen concentrater and sold them at arbitrary prices.
