New Delhi: Businessman Navneet Kalra has also not received any relief from the Delhi High Court today in connection with the hoarding of oxygen concentraters at Khan Chacha Restaurant in South Delhi's Khan Market status. After hearing today, the High Court has deferred the matter relating to kalra's anticipatory bail for May 18.

The court also refused to grant any interim protection to Kalra. While hearing the anticipatory bail plea of businessman Navneet Kalra, ASG SV Raju, who represents Delhi Police, said why was the man preferred? The case was heard at 7 pm yesterday after hours of court hours, today is eid holiday, yet the hearing was held, what is so special about anticipatory bail? On SV Raju's plea, senior advocate and Congress MP Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that if the court had heard a case beyond the hours of the court, it should be praised and such criticism should not be done.

Earlier, the Saket court in Delhi had rejected Navneet Kalra's anticipatory bail plea on Thursday. After which Kalra moved the High Court.
