New Delhi: Businessman Navneet Kalra has also not received any relief from the Delhi High Court today in connection with the hoarding of oxygen concentraters at Khan Chacha Restaurant in South Delhi's Khan Market status. After hearing today, the High Court has deferred the matter relating to kalra's anticipatory bail for May 18.
The court also refused to grant any interim protection to Kalra. While hearing the anticipatory bail plea of businessman Navneet Kalra, ASG SV Raju, who represents Delhi Police, said why was the man preferred?
