New Delhi: Hotel company OYO India has beefed up its employees during the Corona epidemic. Indeed, OYO has proposed to leave the company by itself or pursue holidays for six months in front of employees sent on holidays with limited benefits.
Addressing oyo employees, officer Rohit Kapoor said, "We know it is challenging to keep you in a stop. But this is due to a situation that is neither under your control nor ours. You can proceed with a limited profit for six months or for six months and till February 28, 2021," he said. Kapoor added that OYO never takes such a step in the ideal situation. We know you expected a lot from us, but we're sorry for it. We are living in a period where everything is far from ideal.
In the wake of the Coronavirus epidemic, OYO had sent several employees of its Indian operations on a four-month leave with limited benefits since May 4. All employees were asked to accept a 25% cut in their salaries.
