New Delhi: In the INX media rigging case, the Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the anticipatory plea of senior Congress leader and former Finance Minister P Chidambaram. When Chidambaram's lawyers sought an early hearing from the bench of Justice NV Ramanna at 10:30 a.m., the petition was refused by a bench of Justice Ramanna and the petition has been referred to Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi for the moment.
