New Delhi: The issue of economy is being discussed continuously these days. The Congress party is questioning the day when the central government has not taken the necessary steps on the issue of economy. Recently, senior Congress leader P Chidambaram has been on the move to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. He has tried to divert his attention to the lower strata of society.

Recently, he said, "Even after all the efforts at the upper level, the economic condition of the country will not improve, unless people have the money to spend. That is why it is imperative to provide financial assistance to poor families and take effective steps to bring the market to life". In addition, he targeted the government in a tweet today. In a tweet, he said, "Is it not complicated that the Governor of the Reserve Bank (RBI), chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the DEA secretary should speak on the same subject on the same day? Three different people should tell the finance minister together that most of the people do not have the money or the inclination to buy goods and services. And unless the government puts money in the hands of the lower half of the families and does not put food in the plate of the poor, the economy will not improve. '

In addition, he also said, "I wish the economy was a circus lion that would have answered the ringmaster's stick! But, in reality, the economy is largely determined by the market demand and supply rules and the purchasing power and sentiments of the people."
