India-born supermodel Padma Lakshmi was recently mistaken for a Priyanka Chopra by a New York magazine, to which she also reacted in a funny manner. She is associated with the New Yorker's celebrity cartoon Takeover Issue. In a post from the magazine's official Instagram account, her picture was posted and in it, Priyanka Chopra was tagged by mistake.

Padma's black and white image can be seen in the picture, but Priyanka has been tagged in it. This post is now deleted.
Padma has shared this message on her Instagram, on which her fans are responding fiercely. One wrote 'OMG', one wrote, "Both of you are very beautiful and both are talented. This kind of neglect is very sad." One even wrote that "You do not look like Priyanka at all."
