Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati featuring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in leads.Bhansali's favourite Deepika-Ranveer are finalised very before and before Shahid, the third lead offered to SRK but finally Shahid is casted in role.

Before signing the movie, Shahid demanded a powerful role not lesser than Ranveer's role and also huge sum money of Rs 9-10 crore for the role. However, the director managed to make both his male leads happy.. err.. not!!

Now another problem has arrived for SLB, Ranveer wants more screenspace than Shahid in posters. To come out from the issue, SLB has decided three solo posters for the three leads. Uffff! Ego issue!!!

Shahid will be playing the role of Padmavati's husband Raja Rawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer is playing the role of Sultan Allauddin Khilji who falls in love with Padmavati and her flawless beauty. Deepika will be seen in character of Padmavati. Mehboob studio is all set to shoot Padmavati.
