Jaipur: A five-month-old baby girl died tragically in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The girl whose name was not even named by the family members till now, she was burnt alive. Actually, the mother had gone to get ration items after putting the girl to sleep, in the meantime, suddenly the hut caught fire. The whole hut was engulfed in flames and started burning with smoke.

The mother, who returned within five minutes, with the help of the villagers, brought the innocent out alive, but her life could not be saved. Three goats were also burnt alive in the fire. This incident is of Bakaria Badgaon village under Sulav Panchayat in Kotada Tehsil of Udaipur district. A sudden fire broke out in the hut of Babu Garasiya, a resident of Bakaria Bad village. The five-month-old innocent girl was alone in the hut as her mother had left her sleeping and had gone to buy ration items from a nearby shop.

Daughter's father Jovna Garasiya and grandfather Babu Garasiya had gone out of work. Seeing the flames, some people of the village reached and tried to control the fire. The mother also reached the spot, with the help of the villagers, the girl was brought out. The girl was taken to Bikrani Primary Health Center, where after first aid she was referred to Udaipur when her condition was critical, but she died on the way before reaching Udaipur.
