Gwalior: In a tragic incident, a councilor was beaten to death with sticks, and rods from Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. After this incident, the family members of the deceased protested at Murar police station for the arrest of the culprits. After the information, the police reached the spot and explained to the family members. The family of the deceased has accused six people of murder.

According to the news received, the incident took place in Suraiya Pura of the Murar police station area of the city. Shailendra alias Shailu was a councilor of the cantonment area. Shailendra's wife Radha Devi said Shailu had an altercation with Bhura alias Sarvesh Tomar a few days ago. Since then, he had been talking about killing Shailu. Shailendra and his wife Radha tried to convince Bhura several times, but he did not agree and kept threatening him every day. Family members of the deceased said, "Wednesday was Shailendra's wedding anniversary. He had gone to get food from the hotel at the behest of the children. He returned home with food and left with Rajesh Sharma saying that he would come soon. He didn't return after that. The news of this attack was received at 12 o'clock in the night.''

All the people reached the spot in a hurry and took Shailendra to Murar Hospital in an injured condition. He was referred to Jayarogya Hospital there. He was declared dead by doctors at 2.30 am. The family members of the councilor have accused Bhura alias Sarvesh Tomar, Vineet Rajawat, Rajesh Sharma, Dheeraj Pal, and Vicky Kaushal of conspiracy behind the murder.
