ISLAMABAD: Around 40 people were badly injured in grenade attack at a rally in Karachi, Pakistan on Wednesday. A rally was organized in Gulshan-e-Iqbal area through a radical Muslim organization here on Wednesday. This rally was organized against the removal of Article 370 in Kashmir. At which 2 unknown people on the bike were attacked by grenades.

The media quoted a spokesman for the organization as saying that a grenade rally truck was attacked in which 40 people were injured. However, no issue of death has been heard in the attack. Sindh's Health Minister's Media Coordinator Miran Yusuf said that the condition of one person among the 39 injured is said to be critical, although there is no information about the death in the attack.

Five injured have previously been admitted to Al Mustafa Hospital, 7 to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC), 11 to Aga Khan University Hospital and 10 to Liaquat National Hospital. The banned organization Sindhudesh Revolutionary Army (SRA) has claimed responsibility for the attack through social media.
