Islamabad: Once a part of India's Punya Bhoomi, Pakistan has become hell for women today. There is another manifestation of how difficult the life of women has become there. A girl living in Faisalabad, 150 km from Lahore in Pakistan, was forced into marriage by the father of her friend twice her age. When the girl denied it, the accused made her lick his shoes.

According to the report, a girl studying as a dentist in Faisalabad was expressed by her own friend's father to marry her. But, when the nikah was denied by the girl, the accused raped her. Not only this but the accused also blackmailed the girl by making a video of this brutality. The girl was told that if she did not pay Rs 10 lakh, she would put the video on the internet. The victim lives with her mother in Faisalabad, while her two brothers live in the UK and Australia. The video of the incident has been going viral on the internet since Tuesday. The girl is also being beaten up in the video. In the video, the victim's head and eyebrows have been tonsured and she was forced to lick the shoes of the accused. Police said they have arrested the main suspect, Sheikh Danish, his daughter and five other suspects.

In the FIR, the girl said that she was a friend of Danish's daughter, Ana. She had family relations with the girl. Ana's father Sheikh Danish had asked her to perform nikah. However, the girl and her family refused to marry. Danish, who was the age of the victim's father, was furious when she told this to her friend Ana. After refusing to marry, Danish and his accomplices thrashed the girl and her brother, the victim said.  

The victim said that her head and her eyebrows were also shaved and the video of the entire incident was taken off. Danish then took her to another room and raped her. He also made a video of it. The victim said the accused snatched her mobile phone. He took Rs 5 lakh from her and also snatched gold ornaments worth Rs 4.50 lakh. After this, the video went viral and demanded Rs 10 lakh from her. A spokesperson of the Punjab Police has said that 'Police have arrested seven suspects including Danish and his daughter and raids are on to arrest the remaining accused.'
