New Delhi: The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) F-16 aircraft crashed near Shakarperian, Islamabad on Wednesday. The aircraft was practicing for the March 23 parade, during which it became a victim of the accident. Air Force spokesman confirmed the accident. On receipt of the accident, rescue teams have been sent by the police. A board of inquiry has been set up to find out about the incident. This board will find out and report the cause of the accident.

A statement in this regard has also been issued by the Air Force. The statement said that an order has been given by the Air Headquarters to determine the cause of the accident. However, the statement made no mention of the pilots of the aircraft. Shakarparian is a hill in the capital, located near the Zero Point Interchange. This plane has been a victim of this accident.
