Former Congress candidate from Virginia and army veteran Manga Anantammula questioned the Pakistani ambassador in the United States Masood Khan over the rape of women from minority communities in the name of flood relief.
In fact, the gruesome case of gang rape of a minor Hindu girl came to light recently from Pakistan's Sindh province. The rape was committed by luring the minor with a free ration. During the press conference in the US, the Pakistan ambassador also faced a serious situation on this issue. Manga Anantamula raised the issue of gang rape of a minor Hindu girl in Sindh province and sought answers from Masood Khan on the issues of forced conversion, rape and other atrocities of minority women in Pakistan. During this time, she also had a poster in his hand to protest. After this, Masood Khan appeared very uncomfortable.
During the press conference, Manga Anantamula questioned why Pakistan has not been able to develop a permanent infrastructure so far. She alleged that instead of infrastructure, Pakistan continued to invest on military and nuclear capability. However, Ambassador Masood Khan was unable to give concrete answers to the relevant questions raised by the activist.
