Pakistan's Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee has invited Pakistan's PM Imran Khan to join the city of Kirtan. On July 25th, Kirtan is scheduled to be held in Nankana Sahib. India wants to build the Kartarpur corridor as soon as possible. India intends to complete the work before October 31. The second round of talks is likely to discuss the facilities of the devotees.

India had expressed strong displeasure over the inclusion of Gopal Singh Chawla in the Kartarpur Corridor Committee. On the same issue, India had last dismissed the meeting. Ahead of sunday's meeting at Attari-Wagah border, the Pakistan government has removed Gopal Singh Chawla from the committee.
