Islamabad: Pakistan has seen the maximum number of 1,952 new cases of coronavirus infection in a day and with this, the number of infection cases has increased to 18,770. Officials gave information in this regard on Saturday. The National Health Service Ministry said that 47 people have died in the last 24 hours due to the epidemic and the number of deaths has reached 432 so far.

The ministry further said that 1,93,859 test trials have been conducted in the country so far, including 9,164 test tests in the last 24 hours. Special Assistant in Health Affairs Doctor Zafar Mirza told the media that Pakistan is increasing its testing capacity.

He said that the coronavirus in the country is under control and the rate of deaths is also low. He said, 'According to estimates the death rate in Pakistan is still low and looking at the conditions of the whole world, then it is much lower than them. If you take care of yourself then it is certain that you and your family will be safe.'
