Karachi: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has invited England to play a 3 T20 series in January 2021. PCB CEO Wasim Khan has informed about this. Earlier, England visited Pakistan in 2005-06. The team then toured Pakistan for the Test and ODI series.
Wasim Khan added, "Yes, we have sent an official invitation to the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to play a series of 3 T20 matches between January 13 and 20," he clarified. Pakistan's team went to England to play the Test series even after the Coronavirus epidemic.
Wasim Khan added, "When we decided to send the team to England, we were concerned about the corona and the bio-safe environment. At the same time, some people had expressed concern that this could be dangerous for our players. It was not easy for us when 10 of our players were found corona infected before the tour," he said, adding that it is now in the hands of the England Cricket Board to decide on his invitation.
