Pakistan invites Sikh community to invest in Nankana-Kartarpur Corridor

New Delhi: Neighbour country Pakistan has offered all amenities and facilities to the Sikh community settled all over the world to invest in the Kartarpur Corridor to make the area between Kartarpur and Nankana Sahib unprecedented and historic.

Talking to the Sikh community, Governor of Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar said that Pakistan will cover all the expenses related to the development of both religious places and connecting corridor.

Addressing at  Guru Gobind Singh Sabha in Southall, West London Sarwar said that Pakistan is supporting Sikha to take care of Gurudwaras. He said, “Sikhs are our brothers and sisters, Pakistan is already supporting and helping them and taking extra care to look after the Gurdawaras in all over the country, especially the Nankana Saheb.”

Sarwar also praised the Indian government for their support in the development of this corridor. He said this would not have happened without New Delhi’s support for this noble initiative. He further added that both the countries have set the foundation of goodwill and friendship and the opening of this corridor has fulfilled the long-pending demand of 120 million Sikhs.

Sarwar also said the Pakistan government will meet all expenses of development of both religious places and connecting corridor.
