Pakistan journalists fired terrible questions at Kulbhushan mother, wife: See video

In an upsetting incidental, Kulbhushan Jadhav’s mother and wife were hackles by Pakistani journalists when they were waiting outside the Foreign Affairs Ministry building before the forty-minute meeting with Jadhav.Upon their arrival, mother Avanti and wife Chetankul greeted media persons with a Namaste.

Instantly, journalists began to fling insensitive questions at them but Jadhav’s family did not respond.

TV footage showed Jadhav's mother and wife entering the ministry building's Agha Shahi Block, attended by India's Deputy High Commissioner J P Singh and a Pakistani woman official. After they went in, the door shut behind them.

Bollywood fraternity is also lauding on the behaviour of the Pakistani journalist made on Kulbhushann wife and mother, Madhur Bhandarkar Tweeted in the row  "Its disturbing how Kulbhushan Jadhav mother & wife got humiliated in Pakistan and whats more appalling here is to see the silence of Human Rights activists, liberals, & people from my film fraternity."

 

The two women had arrived in Islamabad earlier on Monday via Dubai on a commercial flight and spent about 30 minutes at the Indian High Commission before being driven to the Foreign Office.Kulbhushan Jadhav, on death row in Pakistan for alleged spying, met his wife and mother, separated by a glass screen, in a carefully choreographed event that unfolded in tweets, photos and TV footage

The 40-minute meeting, which took place after many representations, was held at the heavily guarded Foreign Affairs Ministry building and came after the Hague-based International Court of Justice (ICJ) asked Pakistan in May to stay 47-year-old Jadhav's execution.India has convicted Pakistan's "choreographed" meeting between Kulbhushan Jadhav and his mother and wife.​
