Islamabad: The whole world is aware of the atrocities on minorities in Pakistan. Another such case has come to light where a minority Sikh was forced to leave Pakistan after a deadly attack. A Pakistani Sikh leader, Radhesh Singh Tony, was forced to flee Pakistan following the threat of death and the killing of some unknown people last month.

Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Manjinder S. Sirsa has said that Radhesh Singh Tony, who had contested the 2018 Lok Sabha election in Pakistan as an independent candidate from Peshawar while giving details of the atrocities being perpetrated on Tony. But last month, he was tortured by some unknown people. He is receiving threats and is being forced to leave the country. On Wednesday, Tony himself released a video statement from an unverified Twitter account.

It can be seen in the video that he is urging the Sikh community to help him and his families and take him to a safe place. Tony insists that he is still receiving threats to kill in Pakistan and that he is upset about his family's secure future. On Wednesday, he tweeted with a video, "I urge the Sikh community living abroad to help me and take my family out of Pakistan to a safer place in the world."
